Teens participating in the program join weekly online meetings where they explore methods of Jewish informal education and modern approaches to teaching. A key component of the program is the annual AJTorah seminar, where participants expand their knowledge and gain inspiration for leading educational activities in their clubs.  <\/p>\n\n<p>An AJTorah coordinator in the club is a teen who leads sessions for their peers, developing leadership, communication, public speaking, and creative skills. They become the \u201cJewish voice\u201d of the club &#8211; someone who helps others connect to their identity through tradition. <\/p>\n\n<p>AJTorah is more than just learning &#8211; it&#8217;s a community of those who explore, share, and pass knowledge forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Educational direction in the Active Jewish Teens project.
