J-Serve Day

J-Serve is the annual international day of Jewish teen service, uniting thousands of young people from around the world to make a meaningful difference in their communities and beyond. Since 2005, J-Serve has become a global movement where Jewish teens take action guided by core Jewish values - gemilut chasadim (acts of loving kindness), tzedakah(charitable giving), and tikkun olam (our responsibility to repair the world).

Each spring, and especially on one designated day, teens come together to lead volunteer projects, raise awareness, support meaningful causes, and bring positive change to the world around them. Whether through hands-on service, fundraising, or community outreach, participants choose a cause that matters to them and act on it, inspiring others and creating real impact.

But J-Serve is more than just a service day. It’s about unity, responsibility, and youth-driven leadership. It’s a reminder that when Jewish teens come together with shared values and a passion to help, they have the power to create lasting change.

J-Serve is made possible through the collaboration of incredible partner organizations that believe in the power of young people and the impact of collective action.

J-Serve is the day Jewish teens change the world - together.
