AJT Conference

The AJT Conference is the largest annual gathering for Jewish teens in our region. For four days, hundreds of active club members come together to learn, share experiences, and feel the strength of true Jewish community.

The program combines education and celebration, meaningful discussions and new friendships. Participants attend sessions and workshops on Jewish history and traditions, psychology, dance, volunteering, art, and leadership development. It’s a place to gain practical tools for club work, try out new roles, and find inspiration for the year ahead.

A special atmosphere is created through shared Shabbat experiences, club presentations, guest talks, festive ceremonies, and symbolic moments, such as teen bnei mitzvah celebrations, all of which are shared with the entire AJT family.

The Conference is the time when the whole network reflects on the past year and opens a new chapter. This is where AJT Ambassadors are elected, the most active clubs are recognized, and the direction of the movement is set. Every participant leaves with a renewed sense of strength, unity, and motivation to do more.
