AJProf is an educational course for Jewish teens aged 15-17 who want to grow and become leaders in their communities. The program consists of two professional development seminars designed for those who wish not only to take part in club life but also to shape its future.
At AJProf, participants explore the basics of Jewish tradition and history, gain tools of informal education, learn how to plan programs and projects, manage time effectively, and work as a team. A key part of the course is discovering personal strengths and understanding how to apply them in leadership and community work.
The project provides not only practical knowledge and skills but also a sense of responsibility, initiative, and ownership in community development. AJProf is a step toward a new generation of leaders who know how to make real change around them.
